XXX Industries would like to request that you and a representative ofXXXX visit us in the United States sometime within the next few months. . As you know, it has been several years since we last met in China and it is very important to both parties that we continue building our relationship, given the new “molded parts” we will soon be procuring from you and the increased business we are anticipating over the next several years brought on by new federal legislation, currently taking place in the United States.

Upon your arrival to San Francisco, Calif., you will drive to our office in Santa Rosa, Calif,, to discuss the renegotiation of the master contract, including, pricing, delivery and quality control. We will drive back to San Francisco airport for departure to Houston, Texas. We will drive to Brenham, Texas to visit our Contract Manufacturer, Lonestar Manufacturing. At this location you will see how our VA-2000 SVRS unit is manufactured. During your visit, you will also witness how your parts are being stored, inspected and built into our product. We will also take you to a location in the immediate area where our product is installed so you can observe how it operates and learn the importance of our part specifications and its relationship to product safety. If time permits, we will fly to Washington D.C. to see how our product is being mandated in the United States.

XXIndustries agrees to pay all travel expenses. We will arrange an interpreter, but would prefer you bring one as we feel it will help foster our long term business relationship when you return to China.
